1. How can we work together?

2. Sold out products

Is your favorite product out of stock? Don't worry, we will restock it soon To stay updated, simply leave your email in the "Back in Stock" field on the product page, and we’ll notify you as soon as it's available again. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

3. PR inquiries

We’re thrilled that you're interested in partnering with us! Whether you're an influencer, or have a unique collaboration idea, we would love to hear from you. 4. Do you have any discounts/ promo codes/ samples?

We truly appreciate your enthusiasm for our brand. At this time, discounts, promo codes, and free samples are not part of our brand philosophy. Our goal is to maintain the integrity of our products and provide consistent, high-quality experiences to all customers. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We do offer limited edition giftboxes with a discount.

5. How can I make changes to my order?

Need to update your order details like your email address, contact information, or shipping address?Please reach out to our customer care team at customercare@zielinskiandrozen.com as soon as possible with your order details. We’ll do our best to assist you before your order is processed and shipped.

6. Do you ship to the US or UAE?

While we’re not currently shipping to the US, or UAE, we’re excited to announce that we plan to expand to these regions one day. If you’d like to stay in the loop and be the first to know when we start shipping to your country, simply send us an email at customercare@zielinskiandrozen.com or subscribe to the newsletter and we’ll add you to our mailing list. You’ll receive a notification as soon as we launch in your area.
